We still have a need for a few good volunteers to help with year-end activities. Please consider assisting with one of these events:
All Night Live: A few volunteer spots are still available, especially for those night owls out there, and donations for food, beverages are still being accepted. Please sign up on the website at http://www.cchsallnightlive.com.
Graduation Reception: It has been the tradition for underclassmen families to provide a reception for our graduates. Please volunteer to bring beverages or goodies by visiting: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0445aca722a0fd0-20181
And for your student: Students interested in serving as ushers before and during the graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 2 starting at 10:00 a.m., please see Mrs. Merry in the Main Office. All students welcome.
Help Us Make the Inaugural Year of Q5 a Success!
Many course leaders are opening up their classroom and would welcome volunteers who would like to participate. Please review the list of courses that need volunteers. Course leaders will contact you to arrange meeting times.
In order to defer some of the costs, we are hoping to borrow some items needed for courses from the community. Please take a look at the list of items. If you can sign up to donate one, course leaders will be in touch to coordinate.
Thank you for your help!
The PA is currently seeking nominations for all executive board positions and Class of 2022 parent representatives. This has been a transitional year for us and we are excited to encourage more parents to get involved. We are restructuring our volunteer duties so that parents can be more invested and involved in our activities, and better assist the Student Government in reaching their fundraising goals each year.
We have an urgent need for volunteers interested in finance as both of our treasurers are rolling off the board this year.
Parent representatives will be responsible for finding parent leads and committees for the following events:
Back to School Night – September
Teacher Appreciation Dinner – November
St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon – March
CHHS Graduation Reception Day – June
End of Year Teacher Luncheon – June
Freshman Orientation – September
Freshman Dance – September
Help with Picture Day – October
Thanksgiving Luncheon – November
Cookies & Brownies for Professional Development Day – January
End of Year Teacher Luncheon – June
And there are more events in store! If you need more information or are interested in serving on the executive board or as a parent representative, please visit our website at cchspa.org or email email@example.com.
CCHS All Night Live is an all-night, alcohol and drug-free graduation celebration exclusively for Concord-Carlisle graduating seniors, which is organized by parent volunteers with the support of the CCHS PA and community. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the event and help make it a memorable night by our graduates by signing up for a shift at the link below. Parents of all undergraduates are eligible to volunteer, but parents of graduates are only allowed to assist with clean up after the event.
Support ANL for years to come:
All Night Live is the only party in town on graduation eve, so please help support the event with a cash donation. ANL would not be possible without the generosity of CCHS, local business and our parent community, so please help us ensure that ANL continues to thrive for many years to come with a financial contribution. Click the link below to donate. Thank you!
Donate Prizes for All Night Live!
All Night Live is so much more fun when there are lots of prizes to win! During the evening, graduates win raffle and game prizes for all sorts of competitions (we can’t tell you what they are because that would spoil the surprise!). Please consider an ANL gift card donation to help make this night fun and send our graduates off with a little extra money in their pockets!
Gift cards can either be mailed to my home address or hand delivered and put in the All Night Live box on my front porch (please include your name for tracking purposes). Follow the link below to make your donation today! Gift cards must be delivered before May 31.
